About the project
Vira Konut is a housing developer that has been active in real estate for half a century.
Starting point
Buying a home is the largest purchase most people make. That’s why the real issue on real estate sites isn’t aesthetics but trust: what has the company delivered before, did it deliver on time, what is it building now? Presenting ongoing and completed projects together is one of the most common sources of confusion for visitors.
Our approach
- We separated the projects by status. Completed and ongoing projects were given separate headings; completed ones as proof of the past, ongoing ones as an active sales opportunity.
- We brought the company’s history forward. Half a century of activity was kept visible as the strongest trust argument in this sector.
- We made quality and assurance their own section. This heading, which addresses the buyer’s delivery concerns, wasn’t dissolved into general copy.
- We kept the visuals serious. A calm, understated visual language was chosen to match the perception of prestigious housing.
The result
The result is a real estate site that presents the company’s past deliveries as evidence and clearly separates the active projects.
