About the project
Woxx imports and exports motorcycle spare parts and accessories. Its sales model is built on dealerships; the site works both as a product showcase and as the dealer entrance.
The hard part
In a dealership model, a site has to serve two audiences at once: existing dealers want to log in to see prices, while prospective dealers want to see the product range first and learn the dealership terms. If the two get mixed up, existing dealers get worn out and no new applications come in.
Our approach
- We made the dealer login its own door. The entry point for existing dealers was positioned prominently and made directly accessible.
- We made the dealership application visible. A separate application flow was built for prospective dealers; that’s the channel for growth.
- We kept the product catalog open. New products and promotional products were highlighted under separate headings; this is the section dealers follow regularly.
- We separated corporate information. The import-export identity was told in its own section without disrupting the product flow.
The result
The result is a B2B site that logs existing dealers in quickly, carries prospective dealers to an application and keeps the product range alive.
